Mastery Rank

General

  • there are currently 35 account mastery ranks in the game.
  • most weapons/frames require a minimum Mastery Rank (MR). At level 16 you have access to 99% of content.
  • maxing to 30/30 an item gives you the maximum mastery for your account.
  • think about maxing "trash" items whose blueprints only cost a few credits and that you will want to throw away later to free up a slot
  • build as many weapons and warframes as possible to level up mastery, you can throw away the easiest to obtain
  • do NOT throw away your non-prime frames directly, farm helminth on Deimos first, you will need to feed it your non-prime frames
  • you can build an item in advance and pick it up from the foundry much later
  • consult Farm for the resources and XP needed for your new frames & weapons

Blueprints / Blueprints

The crux of the matter. Many sources of acquisition, always have items in construction in your foundry to regularly increase your Mastery.

/!\ Some blueprints require other weapons. Do NOT throw away a non-prime weapon until you've checked the list above!

  • market: the market in your orbiter gives access to lots of weapons, even if the price is shown in plats, click on it and buy the plan/blueprint in credits. Some basic weapons can be bought already built for credits
  • dojo: joining a clan gives access to different labs and a lot of weapons and some warframes. Think about doing Invasions to obtain rare resources for some weapons.
  • boss: all bosses drop frame plans or even weapon plans, think about doing them multiple times to get all necessary plans
  • reputation: syndicates have reputations that will give you access to weapons and parts
  • open-worlds: special syndicates asking to do bounties / bounty missions in open worlds, bounties drops and reputations offer lots of weapon and frame plans
