Quests

Quests are accessible in your orbiter, the big computer/desk to the left of your navigation.

Do them all. The main ones are "priority" but the secondary ones are quick and unlock interesting content, no real point in depriving yourself.

Some quests will give you a "choice" of alignment: no gameplay impact, choose what you want without stress.
